미국 학교는 일반 가르치는 교사와 관리하는 일을 하는 사람이 분리되어 뽑힌다.
나름의 전문성을 가지고 일하는 듯
한국은 훈련받지 않은 관리자가 승진해서 간 자리이다 보니 특권 의식이 상당하다.
마이클이 가끔 바보같이 굴고 실수도 하지만, 어쨌든 조직을 이끌어가기 위해 노력하는 모습도 많이 보인다.
